Every effort has been made to provide you with a healthy puppy. Breeder guarantees that all vaccinations and wormings are up to date and have been given as stated on the vaccination health record. 

It is this Breeders recommendation that the Buyer have their puppy examined within 48 hrs. of receiving puppy by a Licensed Veterinarian of their choice. If the puppy is found to have a congenital defect the Buyer has 24 hrs. from the Vet exam to notify the Breeder for a refund or  exchange(Buyers choice). A signed document from the Veterinarian is required stating the defect or problem. Registration papers given at time of sale must accompany return.

The Puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal value subject to availability. Puppy must be same breed and same sex.

Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo or Corona virus after 48 hrs. as these are such highly contagious diseases that can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder.  The Breeder will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred for such as neglect of Buyer causing low blood sugar problems or diseases developed after the 48 hrs. of vet exam on receipt of puppy.  Vaccinations for prevention of disease and wormings will be up to date for puppy by Breeder.

This health guarantee becomes null and void if:

1)All vaccinations are not kept up to date and the dog kept on heartworm preventative, as per Vet instructions.

2)Proper veterinary care is not given immediately

3)Puppy is not taken for vet exam within 48 hrs of receiving puppy.

4)Breeders instructions for feeding and care are not followed.
